Commercial refund requests: 7 business days
A customer may request a refund within 7 business days after a future purchase. Business days mean Monday through Friday. Counting starts on the next business day after purchase.
The commercial refund window is additional to any mandatory or longer applicable consumer protection. Refunds for non-delivery or nonconforming access are not limited solely by this commercial request period.
How to make a request
Send refund and withdrawal requests to contact@trailconversion.com.
A request should identify the course or plan, purchase date, receipt reference and purchase email. Do not send a full card number, security code, password or identity document. Refunds will be handled through the original payment method where required; bank processing times may differ from the refund approval time.
Mandatory withdrawal rights
Where applicable consumer law provides a withdrawal period, that protection takes priority over this commercial window. For example, applicable EU distance-contract rules generally provide 14 calendar days for eligible service or digital-content contracts.
Starting access alone is not treated here as an automatic waiver. A lawful digital-content exception may require prior express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation; service-contract exceptions can have different conditions. This catalogue collects no such checkout consent and relies on no automatic waiver.
Notice and reimbursement
Where an unequivocal withdrawal notice is sufficient under applicable law, a specific template is not mandatory. Statutory reimbursement deadlines and payment-method requirements remain unaffected.
Example notice: To GROUP TAG & PARTNERS LLC: I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [course or plan], purchased on [date]. Customer name: [name]. Purchase reference or email: [reference]. Notice date: [date]. Send this notice by email to contact@trailconversion.com.
Cancellation and other remedies
Canceling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. Immediate cancellation does not by itself determine whether a refund is due.
Nothing in this policy removes rights to challenge an unauthorized charge, request a remedy for an unprovided service or use another remedy available under mandatory law. Earlier purchases remain subject to their original conditions and applicable law.
